Blackbird Industries manufactures precast and tilt-up concrete panels in our own Millicent facility, for the commercial buildings we design and construct across the Limestone Coast and Adelaide. Most companies either make panels or install them. We do both, with our own crews and cranes.

Our 1,000 m² precast facility pours tilt-up and precast panels served by a 16-tonne overhead crane, with fabrication details driven directly from the same 3D model as the building's steel. Panels, frames and crews all come from one yard, so nothing waits on a third-party supplier.

Messamurray Property Trust in Naracoorte is 2,000 m² of fire-rated precast, designed, manufactured and built by Blackbird. When the panel maker and the builder are the same company, tolerances meet on site the way they met in the model.
