Who we are
Blackbird Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 87 094 943 950), 42 Saleyards Road, Millicent SA. We design and construct commercial buildings, manufacture precast concrete panels, and build sheds and garages across the Limestone Coast SA, Adelaide and western Victoria.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our forms or give us by phone or email: name, contact details, property location and your project description.
- Analytics data about how the website is used, collected through Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies. We do not load analytics before you consent.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and plans, deliver your project, and meet our legal obligations as a licensed builder. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and project records are stored in our business systems (Microsoft 365 and Monday.com), which may process data on servers outside Australia under their own safeguards.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to deliver your project: our team, and where required, councils, certifiers and engineers working on your approval. Never marketers.
Access and correction

Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first and we will sort it out. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
